Social Services - Safe Havens

Safe Havens

A Safe Haven is the first step for our homeless clients to address the "housing first" approach by offering a safe place to sleep. In addition, clients are welcome to shower, have access to the clothing ministries, and enjoy hot meals.

It is important for a homeless person to be comfortable and welcome with "no questions asked." We do not want our clients to feel pressured. Offering them a safe place to sleep serves as a stabilizing factor that will improve their baseline standard of living and lead to th econsideration of alternative housing options.
